Your Instance Mail address will expire after 120 days by default.
You can shut off your Instance Mail address any time before that.
We will never spam your real email address or share it with anyone. That would go against the entire point of a disposable email service like Instance Mail.
Instance Mail is a KisoLabs service. So if you want more control over your Instance Mail addresses,
you can sign up for KisoLabs' Instance Mail. It's also free
and includes reporting, spam and virus scanning, adjustable expiration dates and more! If you have old Instance Mail addresses that you want to get back, you can do that from KisoLabs, too!
What is Instance Mail?
►
Instance Mail is a disposable email (or throw-away email) service. It means that you can create an email address which you can use one time, and get rid of it when you no longer need it.
You don't have to go to a separate website to check your mail, though. We forward it right to your regular inbox!
The main reason to use Instance Mail is to protect yourself against spam. Let's say you want to register on a forum or blog, but you're afraid they'll spam you (or sell your email address
to spammers). Get a disposable email address from Instance Mail and give that to them instead! They can send you a verification email so that you can complete registration. Once you've registered
you can turn off that Instance Mail address and never hear from them again.
Instance Mail can also be used to protect your identity. If your real email address contains your name or some other identifying information, you may not want to give it out to someone you
don't know very well. Give them an Instance Mail address instead, and they'll never know where the email is being forwarded to! (Of course they'll find out your real email address if you reply to
them, so for full anonymity you might just want to sign up for another regular email address).
There are many other good reasons to use a disposable email address, and there are a lot of disposable email providers out there. Unlike a lot of them, Instance Mail is backed by KisoLabs'
robust and reliable email infrastructure. Just because you want to avoid junk email doesn't mean that you should settle for a junk email service. And of course it's free for as many email
addresses as you want to create!
Address options
►
Expire in...
By default your Instance Mail address will expire in 120 days. If you don't want your address to be active for that long, you can select a different time period for it to stay active. Once
that time is up, the address will be disabled and you will no longer receive email that's sent to your Instance Mail address.
Send me a reminder when my address expires
If you select this option you'll receive an email from us when your address has expired and is no longer functional. By default you will not receive that reminder.
Turn off an address
►
Why have a disposable email address if you can't turn it off when it starts getting spam? We make it easy to turn off any of your Instance Mail addresses, but you need to know two things:
Your Instance Mail address and your key.
You can figure out which Instance Mail address you want to disable by looking in the To: field of an email. (Your Instance Mail address will always end in @instancemail.net).
We sent you a key the first time you created an Instance Mail address. If you don't have that original email, click "I lost my key" below and we'll send it to you again.
Are you completely done with Instance Mail? We hate to see you go, but we understand if it's not working out.
Enter your real email address and hit "Unsubscribe". That will turn off all of your current Instance Mail addresses, and you won't get anything
else through our system. Don't worry, it's not permanent: You can always sign up for a new address later, or reactivate an old address using your key.

Is your Instance Mail address expiring soon, or did it already expire?
You can extend the expiration of your address up to another 120 days, and you can do that as many times as you want!
Enter your Instance Mail address and your Instance Mail Key below, and hit "Extend my email address". By default it will extend it for another 120 days, but feel free to change that option
to whatever suits you best.
We sent you a key the first time you created an Instance Mail address. If you don't have that original email, click "I lost my key" below and we'll send it to you again.
Apologies, but as of now the app is only available in English (though we're going to be updating it soon). The Instance Mail website is the place to go for the latest features,
and it should work really well in most any mobile browser!

Has Instance Mail been helpful to you? Do you want to keep up to date on new features and promotions? (Don't worry, we really don't post a whole lot.) Do
you have an idea for a new feature or something you'd like to see improved?
You can find us on Twitter, Facebook and even Google Plus. We don't make any money from Instance Mail, but every follow, like, and +1 helps us out a bunch!
Our privacy policy is very simple: We will not share your email address with anyone.
Since we don't collect any information directly from you besides your real email address, we can't share your other personal information. Here's some other stuff we have but will not share:
Instance Mail addresses that you create.
Your Instance Mail key.
Specific information about you that we collect in our web logs (e.g. your IP address and your user agent string).
When we say that we won't share this stuff with anyone, that means anyone. Not our partners, not our affiliates, not our third cousin who did us that favor that time.
Instance Mail is a KisoLabs product, and this policy covers your information on this website (InstanceMail.com) as well as on KisoLabs' servers and the KisoLabs website (KisoLabs.com).
We're very serious about protecting your privacy, because that's probably the reason you're using Instance Mail in the first place: To protect yourself against spam and/or to keep your identity a secret.
It would just be bad business on our part to sell or give away your email address (or any of your other personal information).
All that being said, if a court orders us to disclose any of your information then we might be obligated to do so. KisoLabs is based in New York in the United States of America, and we are bound by
the laws of that jurisdiction.
